Privacy notice
Digifyus is a digital marketing agency working with brands worldwide. This notice explains what happens to the details you share with us through this website.
What we collect when you send an enquiry
- Your name, and your brand or business name if you add it
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you add it
- The services you tick, your approximate budget and your message
- The campaign or website that brought you here (for example "instagram"), and your country as reported by our hosting provider
We do not store your IP address with your enquiry.
What we count when you visit
We keep anonymous visit statistics: which pages are viewed, which campaign or website brought visitors, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), the country reported by our hosting provider, and how often the WhatsApp, call and email buttons are used.
To count visitors without cookies, each visit is given a code made from a one-way scramble of your network address, your browser and the date, mixed with a secret key. It lets us count a visitor once a day without storing your address, and because the code changes every day, nobody can follow you from one day to the next. These visit details are kept for at most three days and then reduced to daily totals, and the list of recent activity is deleted after 48 hours. This website sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers or advertising pixels.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and follow up on work you ask us to do , and to understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. They travel over an encrypted connection and only Digifyus can access them. We never sell or rent your details, and we only share them if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to talk to you and deliver any work that follows. Messages identified as spam are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
